Safe Play Policy
Gambling is entertainment — and at WinWinBet, we are committed to keeping it that way. This page explains our approach to responsible gambling, the tools available to every Malaysian player, and where to find help if gambling is no longer feeling fun.
Our Stance
WinWinBet was designed from the ground up for Malaysian players who approach gambling as a leisure activity — much like watching EPL on a Friday night or heading to the cinema in Bangsar. The vast majority of our players enjoy the Platform responsibly and within their means. This page exists for everyone.
For most people, gambling is genuinely recreational — a RM20 flutter on a Liga Super Malaysia derby, a few rounds of live baccarat before bed, or a weekend Mix Parlay with friends. That is exactly what WinWinBet is designed to support. But we are equally aware that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players, and when it does, the consequences can affect not just the player but their families in Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru, Penang, and beyond.
That is why responsible gambling is not just a page on our website — it is embedded in how WinWinBet operates. From our mandatory 21+ age verification to our real-time deposit limit tools and permanent self-exclusion option, every feature described on this page is live on the Platform and available to you right now through your Account settings.
WinWinBet will never send promotional materials to any player who has activated self-exclusion or a cooling-off period. Our responsible gambling tools cannot be reversed within the restriction period — that is by design, not oversight.
The 21+ Rule
WinWinBet enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This applies without exception to every game category on the Platform — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC markets), arcade games, and all promotions.
During the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, players must submit a valid government-issued identity document — typically a Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport — to confirm both identity and age. Accounts where age cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
If age verification reveals a player to be under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds wagered by an underage player will be assessed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable regulatory requirements. WinWinBet does not regard this as a grey area — underage gambling is harmful and we act decisively to prevent it.
Platform Tools
Every tool listed below is available to all registered WinWinBet players inside Account Settings. They are free to use and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your WinWinBet Account per day, per week, or per calendar month. You can set limits as low as RM10 per day or as high as suits your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period before the new limit applies — this delay is intentional and protects you from impulse decisions.
Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be automatically prevented from placing further bets or entering live casino games until the period resets. Loss limits are calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals within the period), ensuring the figure reflects your actual exposure.
Set a maximum session duration after which you will receive an on-screen reminder or be automatically logged out. This is particularly useful for live casino players who can lose track of time during extended sessions of baccarat or roulette. Session reminders are displayed as a small non-intrusive notification — automatic logout is the stronger option and fully enforced by the Platform.
Take a structured break from gambling without permanently closing your Account. Cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in to place bets or access the casino. The period cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated — not even by contacting support. All marketing communications are suspended for the duration of the restriction.
Permanently or indefinitely close your WinWinBet Account. Self-exclusion is the most decisive tool available and is designed for players who feel gambling has become difficult to control. Once self-exclusion is active, re-registration is blocked and your contact details are removed from all marketing lists permanently. Any real-money balance in the Account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your verified payment method after identity confirmation.
Receive periodic pop-up notifications during active play sessions that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in that session. Reality checks help break the flow of extended play and prompt reflection. You can set the frequency of these checks — from every 15 minutes to every hour — or disable them if you prefer not to use this feature. All other tools remain active regardless.
Activating Your Tools
Navigate to the WinWinBet Platform and sign in with your registered email and password. If you have 2FA enabled, complete the verification step as usual.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the Account Settings panel, locate the "Responsible Gambling" tab. All six tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off, self-exclusion, and reality checks — are listed here.
Set your preferred limits or activate a restriction. Read the confirmation prompt carefully before confirming — restrictive changes take effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the restriction period.
For permanent self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 Live Chat team directly. A support agent will process your request and confirm closure within a few minutes.
Check In With Yourself
Problem gambling rarely announces itself suddenly. It typically develops gradually — a slightly larger deposit to chase a loss, staying up later to watch one more live game, telling yourself you'll stop after the next win. The questions below are not a clinical diagnostic test, but they are a useful prompt for honest self-reflection.
If you answer "yes" to two or more of the following, we strongly encourage you to speak to one of the support organisations listed on this page or to activate a cooling-off period through your Account settings right away. There is no shame in asking for help — it is the most direct way to stay in control.
Responsible Gambling Self-Check
Do you find yourself gambling with money that was set aside for essential expenses — rent, groceries, Grab rides, or utility bills?
Have you ever tried to win back losses by depositing more money, even when you knew you probably couldn't afford it?
Has someone close to you — a partner, family member, or friend — expressed concern about how much time or money you spend gambling?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to gamble, or when you try to cut back?
Have you ever lied to others about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently — planning your next session, replaying past games, or calculating potential winnings — even when you are not actively playing?
Has gambling caused financial difficulties, damaged a relationship, or negatively affected your work or studies in the past 12 months?
Warning Signs
Problem gambling affects people of all ages, income levels, and backgrounds — from Kuala Lumpur professionals to university students in Shah Alam. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling is beginning to cause harm:
Chasing losses. Depositing more money to try to recover previous losses, particularly after a losing streak. This is one of the most reliable indicators of gambling becoming problematic.
Escalating stakes. Needing to bet larger amounts to feel the same level of excitement — a pattern similar to tolerance in substance use.
Neglecting responsibilities. Missing work deadlines, social commitments, or family obligations because of gambling sessions or recovery from gambling stress.
Borrowing money to gamble. Taking personal loans, credit card advances, or borrowing from friends and family specifically to fund gambling activity.
Gambling to escape. Using gambling primarily as a way to cope with stress, depression, loneliness, or anxiety rather than for entertainment.
Inability to stop. Making repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down or stop gambling, feeling powerless to walk away even when you want to.
Concealment. Hiding bank statements, deleting betting app history, or lying about how much time you spend on the Platform.
Recognising these signs in yourself or someone you care about is a constructive first step. WinWinBet's support team and the organisations listed below can help you take the next one.
Help Is Available

Healthy Habits
Treat gambling money as an entertainment budget — the same way you'd budget for a movie ticket or a dinner out in Bangsar. Never use money earmarked for rent, bills, or savings.
Decide on a time limit and a budget before you log in — not while you're in the middle of a session. Use WinWinBet's deposit and session limits to enforce these boundaries automatically.
Losing sessions happen to everyone. Chasing losses — depositing more to win back what you lost — is the most common way responsible gambling tips into problem gambling. Accept the loss and log off.
Step away from the screen regularly — especially during live sports or extended casino sessions. A short break helps you reassess your session with a clearer head and prevents emotional decision-making.
The house edge in casino games is a mathematical reality. Betting platforms, including WinWinBet, are not a reliable income stream. Approach every session as entertainment spending — anything you win is a bonus, not a financial plan.
Gambling when you're emotionally stressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol significantly impairs decision-making. If you're having a bad day, it's a good day to skip the session altogether.
